which one to pay... i think you can opt to look at the interest % for all, clearing the ones that has higher interest would be better. personal thinking.

on akpk reduction, yes. eg. you have 2 accounts under akpk. RM1000 monthly (500 each). if you cleared one, you pay just 500 to akpk after confirmation.
What you need to do is (timing is key). after cleared with the bank, get the release letter, scan and upload in akpk portal for that accout as partial settlement. once akpk acknowledged, your repayment amount will be updated.

Get the latest statement (which they will recalculate for you) from bank before you cleared it. from there you know up to which month your akpk paid. there could be a case where you paid akpk, but did not reflected yet (eg the last month's). Some banks will pay back, some banks just keep quiet.

By all means...get a copy of settlement letter. You never know if bank said other thing later.
They should provide one as per sop.

but for CC, as long as you know how to manage your $ and not to get back in debt situation. there is/always alternatives to CC, like prepaid CC, bxgpxy, debit card, ewallet.

then with settlement lettter, upload to the akpk portal. then AKPK will review and acknowledge. Once acknowledge, another letter from akpk will be out to say that you are cleared from akpk.

Yes, but you will need to inform the bank to enable oversea usage.

On the other hand, you can apply bigpay (prepaid cc) to use oversea. I have been using this for oversea usage. Also does not want to use my debit overseas, just in case any fraud.

I did not do anything after as AKPK will provide the letter in the portal for you to download.

If you can get the bank's settlement letter will be good too. Last time, I called the bank's akpk coordinator and they can emall over. just on the safe side as akpk customer service line told me to get it if can.

on Ccris, you can check from time to time. I gotten login to the ccris (after getting the login from bnm), i just check and ensure all reflected nothing from any banks.

I got my login via my visit to BNM long time ago, IC+fingerprint with help from the officer there.

now MCO, i don't know how, maybe @getajob can help to provide more info on the alternatives.

It is a tough 10 years plus the years before akpk. Before akpk, I sold my hse to reduce commitment, change to a smaller cheaper car too.

Has been renting house, moving house to house for at least 4 times. Getting a old car for my wife for fetching daughter to-fro school while I am working.
Then moving to another state for lower commitment too and old car broke down which managed to get another car last 2019.
All on ewallet and debit (prepaid card)

So, slowly getting thru any changes and get foundation back as would try buy a hse now.

Tiring...but have to move on.

Now, for me, I don't see any line item or any record at all in my e-ccris. No warning, no special attention remarks etc.

Our bank's debit card can be used oversea, just need to update the bank. Nowadays we have MAE and Bigpay. I used bigpay for overseas with no problem.

my debit/atm card, i try not to used for overseas, just use as atm cash withdraw locally.

I have this N/A same like @Jiwaman shared. my one full settlement. So not sure about withdrawal. Maybe you can call the akpk customer care for clarification.

Depends bro..a few things foresee need to be ready.

1, ccris report all clean. After settle akpk, you might need to give some time for the report be updated clean. 6mth at least.

2. Hse or hp loan, apply the banks that you have no record with before. So be as clean possible for greater chance.

I managed to get a housing loan approved this week. So waiting for offer letter.

A year plus. So searching and calculate affordability...
