Apply those bank not under akpk one and make sure ur ccriss no more those loan under akpk

i have debts with HSBC and MBB which enrol for AKPK(Aku PoKai) since 2019

For the first 4 years my HSBC is under SAA Special account blacklisted section , this year i check back my ccriss is removed . anyone know why? Just curious la of cox no SAA better .

you opted out means still have balance or u clear it already ? cox if not mistaken once u out from AKPK and have outstanding left bank will continue chase payment like before right?

Try to save some portion to pay settlement in future , first few years paying is interest , the money you owe to bank will move very slow sometime not even moving after 3 years only see the movement deduction . Based on my experience la . I ended up volunteer out from AKPK and repay to bank as usual like what i paying during AKPK . just one of the bank does not agreed so have to pay higher . AKPK is best solutions when you have no choice already better thn waiting for Bankcrupt or everyday get call
