Is this a normal procedure from AKPK?

i saw post upthere that shows some phone number,
and i'm also trying to get citibank and aeon number.

currently saw numbers for hlb, maybank, sc, rhb above which i owes them too.

I just called them this morning trying to get a waiver or discount on my balance. Unfortunately, they do not offer any at this moment but will contact customers when there is one.

I called for P/Loan & the fella give me my outstanding, but is advise to come to bank to get the exact figure and maybe some discounts

my account so long already, so maybe they eager if i want to full settlement. anyway, the diacount is what the fella i called say. no black and white so dunno is it true. well i have to go to branch and see how it goes

Anybody got car loan under AKPK? Because i just reschedule to include the car loan but in the portal it is listed under SELF. So should i pay to AKPK or need to pay directly to bank?

I asked AkPK but still no reply. Thought someone might encounter this before

DUDE! that is good discounts le! assume you already got minimal interest % with akpk, and now further discount, i think you could not ask for more. hmm about 21% discount fron 3800 to 3000 correct?

so you knew the amount (i guess from M2U?) --> go to their branch & say want to make full --> they let you know how much --> you male payment thru M2U --> branch confirms payment --> issue release letter

ic! well good that you managed to get urself from bank rakyat debt. i guess the balance is not a lot already (or you got kena lottery?) but in my case i don't think i can do that. amount is still big, & will uave to continue akpk for awhile.

if u dun mind i ask - now no longer with akpk as in debt-free?

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had the same as experience as me. I have just received outstanding payment notification from RHB which is under AKPK. I have always paid on time to AKPK for the past 4 years and this is the first time I received outstanding notice from RHB. Could it be because AKPK disburse the payment late to the Bank?
Shall I just ignore or call AKPK to get more clarification? Looking at the outstanding amount of 350 it seems that they did not pay for 2 months already to RHB cos monthly is about 175 to RHB bank.

aihhhh that wouldn't do it for me! may have to inform akpk to remit the excess oayment to clear my loan with the FI. guess have to see the counselor at the offuce to nego about this?
