2-3 years ago, this is what citibank for me as i need to go nearest branch to get refund plus my address has to be updated beforehand too.

Now waiting akpk officer frm citibank to call me back.
Cause i ask for rebate and also waiting their instructions on how to make the payment.
Need wait fr 2 working weeks T.T

Call 03-2383 5691  or  03-2383 5699 . This is direct line to akpk officer at citibank.
But they never pick up my call.

Hi first time asking something here about AKPK.
Related to the quote above, after I’ve made early settlement with AKPK and bank has cleared the debt can I use the card again? Or need to reapply new?

Can bank reject akpk proposal ?
