Sets including refurbish sets before NOV 2010 are using philips screws, from Dec 2010 most are the new type. But still if lucky can still see philips screw iPhones.

But warm at the top of Iphone...At sim card slot...if using Safari,also warm at that place..
It is normal???
becoz i use other phone before just warm at battery...

Warm @ earpiece is abnormal. As you said, battery hot is normal.

It's official unlocked set. Not needed to unlock.

Do you think it's wise to buy an iPhone 4 now or maintain a iPhone 3G/3GS?

I am 50-50 about upgrading since the rumors have started about the latest revision to the iPhone 4 in September?

Does it make sense to fork out rm2k now for an iPhone 4 or wait until September n fork out rm2k on the latest iPhone then?

I'm currently using a 3GS n d price has dropped to below rm1k for a 2nd hand unit now.

So it is advisable I keep my current 3GS or make d upgrade?

Pls advice fellow iPhone kaki's?

haha..I'm having a thought slightly different from yours... since I'm having a Iphone 4 now... and due to the recently released info on Iphone 5 in Sept(latest rumours today).. I'm kept in between to sell my Iphone 4 now or keep it till Sept... hahaha..

Well my 3GS is still working like a charm n hasn't had any problems

But the outlook is kinda worn out

So I guess it's not really a NEED n more of a WANT

my fren's iphone4 recently appeared to have some problems and he's thinking to send to Apple for repair. it's still less than a year.

but problem is it's a gift from others and he didn't know where his fren got it. may i know where he can send his iphone to claim for warranty?

and any ways to check where this iphone is purchased?

without a SIM, u should be able to use it like an ipod touch. games, music, videos still can use. sms, call, 3g connection ofcoz cannot lah. but then if me, i'd just sell the 3gs n buy an ipod touch instead
