last time i've checked with standard chartered. they don tied to this project cos they don wan split the loan to residency n car park. thus, they won do for this project. Alliance & maybank as well.

from my understanding, no need to pay interests once loan approved. only after bank has released the first payment to developer when it might be 6 months from now (after piling is done). but, you can start 'installment' to offset the principle.

emm... i don think they will raise the price now. cos no more kl view and they need to push sales for swimming pool view lo. unless is Block B. for block B, i guess they might raise >20k ner. then they might still able to push ppl who wish to save cost to take the remaining swimming pool unit (cheaper). marketing plan~~~

just from wat i found from banker n developer, how they are charging us. before bank release any money to developer, bank cannot charge us cos we are 'not owning' bank any money. pls refer to schedule of payment that attached to S&P developer will bill bank based on the progress of construction. after bank release the payment, the portion will be our loan amount.

it is for own stay.

the rate from EON doesn't look good. to be frank, the 1st yr rate is not important. cos interest is not refer to the total loan amount but is refer to total that being released by bank. so, it is not much.

really lucky to get that unit. cos i know there are still ppl that waiting for kl view now.

we are different bcos we have booked it abt 2 months ago.

in fact, for ZEC, really need 'good network' then only can get good rate. some more if is without MRTA.
current on hand is actually NZEC, without MRTA/MLTA. EON n OCBC offer BLR-2.15%, RHB offer BLR-2.1%

for EON bank, u might need to wait.. emm... kinda slow. but u can negotiate the rate with the banker lor.

OCBC will come back vy fast. 2 days only i get the approval. on 4th day, i received the draft offer letter liao..

swimming pool face west n kl view face east. sure u don wish ur unit face sun set (especially chinese).

n, KL ppl stay in KL, sure prefer KL view lor.. in fact, is KL view + greenery view.

emm... mine one is NZEC BLR-2.15 without MRTA. but, i heard tat there are better rate ner.. not sure. trying to call n find out.

the increase is predictable. IMO, it should be 10-15%. for the shop lots, the increase is 200k, meant is abt 15% lor. so, if compare with the shop lots, increase is in plan.

i do think the increase is reasonable and is general practice in most of the projects. normally, more perks will be given even thought there is an increase. I do think that this is one of the benefit becoming early bird cos we our unit is secure with better value...

from wat i heard, the boss is calculating. he has to foresee the potential of the project as well lor. when the price will be out, might be soon if they really launch Block B in April.
