Try to remove one of your RAM sticks and see whether you get BSOD-ed?
PS: Do it @ your own risk. The only reason I've gotten a BSOD is because of RAM failure.

Can you please state how many RAM sticks do you have plugged into your computer. I'm recommending that you plug only one RAM piece and try. Make sure that the RAM connectors and RAM slots are clean and dust free. Check to make sure that your PSU is supplying enough power.
PS: Do it @ your own risk and a very nice specs you've there in your siggy. drool.gif

Not only RAM. It can also caused by corrupted Logon executable file which Windows need to load after booting.

I believe this might be RAM Faulty..Last time my Crucial RAM like this too..
Keep BSOD..Keep Crashing..etc..
Try testing each stick at different slots.

Seems like your registry hive(s) are corrupted. Have you tried zero filling your hard disk before reinstall? Bad sectors are mainly cause for the corruption...
