Wi-Fi adapters may be the cause of the problem although it's highly unlikely but I'll recommend that you update your Wi-Fi adapter drivers.

Bro, mind stating the brand and model of your thumbdrive? Btw, I'd seriously recommend that you do a complete reformat to NTFS after all the solutions that've been tried have failed.

Try to change a new hdd sata cable and plug it to a new slot. Sata cable always cause the blue screen...

IMO, most probably HDD problem..bad sectors etc..

i also think is the HDD corrupted...
but..if it is corrupted.. can i use it as storage, not for OS...
