how about this.. try reseating all ur hardwares... and check ur USB slots usage... last time i once placed my wifi adapter at the wrong usb port.. and it keep bsod until inserted on the right slot where i installed the driver in the 1st place.. haha...

i too have problems with ram placement... try changing dimm slots..
