Still slow but maybe because of low seeds. Will try to monitoring it to see if it improves speeds.

i m on 2.0 build 17539. my area here, 10 & 15 seems like unable to avoid the throttling (only manage <20kb/s). but i change to 255 then speed improves alot.

want to ask, with the latest utorrent:

1 - do we still need to open ports in our router?
2 - which is a good torrent to test max speed?

No problem for me. 1mbps here, always full speed. within 1 minutes can get this speed. start torrent, speed goes up.

U really wanna know why? Cuz of the new net traffic sense they put in utorrent. If tm adds the end code in ur packets n the uploader's packets it looks like the net is congested. Utorrent then throttles itself. So when ur p2p packets reach a certain quota for peak hrs or whatever restriction tm injects code, utorrent takes that as net congestion n throttles itself = u getting slow bt. TM laughs all the way.

I am getting hard freeze whenever running utorrent 2.0 on win7 64bit. never had problem with vista. utorrent widely report this but doesnt seemed any solution. any idea?

works like a charm. i'm running at my line's full speed now. about 55kbps.

i should've see this 1 year ago. no need to waste all the $$ on VPN. woohoo!!
