I just bought some at current price.

Looks like nobody cares bout Resorts now.. U guys are not even mentioning bout it when mart is all green.. low volume somemore..

hehe sold my resorts when reach 2.41 .. wait i drop lo to 2.2 again than i sapu again haha

My Resort target is RM2.00. So far, still can't get any...

hahaha.. i do have some.. but never seem to be going up.. looks like ppl dumping than buying it..

Went in for some LCL today at 0.72

today market will expected behave like "V" or "VV" shape again, the patent is repeating and the trend may repeat wat happen in the early of december.

Don't quite understand what the mean of pick of 1Q 09, or mean something that will perform in this Q in term of short term speculation? Then I pick nothing. Because market need time to heal and economy need time to adjust.

It is risky to speculate in this kind of market. You gain little while potential loss is higher in term of speculation purpose. For speculation and trading purpose, it is more advisable to play with when the bull is around, some sort liking riding the trend is much easier to gain rather than try to against the trend trying to search for extraordinary one.

For speculation, whether one buy at 0.50 or 0.60 or 1.00, it makes no different. What you concern is the price differentiation only.

You buy 0.50, you sell 0.60, then gain 10 cents. On the other hand, you buy 0.60 then sell at 0.70, it aslo gain 10 cents, although cost might be a little higher.

Actually the risk of speculate at 0.50 might be higher than at 1.00, because at that time, market is poor, that's why stock price is lower. When it rises to 1.00, means market is having a good time, so the chance of making money is higher.
In speculation, you don't intend to hold the stock nor interested in company long term future or getting dividend, what you concern is the price differentiation, or price movement whether abc or xyz company, it doesn't make any different except the price movement only.

Although a bit generalised and extreme, but purely speculation purpose without thinking long term, higher price might not mean bad at all.
More people make money through speculation when stock price is high (bull market), but when price is low like current situation, more people stumble and loss in term of speculation ie. becaue we are in bear market.

But for long term fundamental, then bear market is good time to accumulate some good socks, but be prepared to do DCA along the way. At current situation, bear market is good for those invest long term and in term fundamental but bad for purely speculation short term.

I am more inclined on fundamental for long term that I just buy and collect dividend yearly and can sleep with it.
Trading is not my cup of tea or should say I am not good at trading.

My current focus is in plantation related, and properties sector.
