i just walk in this morning, pay the outstanding, and get a clearance letter, then go 3rd floor management office get keys and access card.
the make schedule thing, it just a bullshit.

they didnt explain LAD to me coz i dont need to claim it. after get the keys, got one uncle lead me to my unit and tell me how shld i check the defect, and what defect can report.

Mine 1153sqft type unit. He quoted me for 6.2k for plain board plaster ceiling including wiring, downlight hole opening and 5 fan installation for the whole house excluding 2 toilets. But i think that this price is expensive.

3K should be exclude wiring right?
