They never bother to call you or answering your calls. Email them few times they did reply but after deposit is paid, no news from them at all! I have tried to call, sms and email all went unanswered! Regretted paying them the deposit now maybe my money gone! Guys just remember good thing never comes cheap.

I have filled the "pemindahan unifi" form, and they stuff told me that the developer haven't sign for allowing unifi to be installed at koi. Being informed we should to put pressure on developer, and the availability of unifi will most likely be on next year(fastest).

Hi, Im block C owner who not yet move in.. I have received Syabas bill every month but I never received TNB bill.. I had checked with TNB and they say I don hav account at there..  any block C owner received TNB bill?

f***ing management block access, my tenant complaint cannot go in...

didn't receive any news/letter/sms/call saying they starting collect for maintenance fee, block the access already. don't they know that they do not have any right to block access?

lastly, developer responsibility for defect only last one year, i feel that the lift having sound should be in the list to developer to rectify before end of their liability period....any comment?

may i know many africans there and any problem for all the owner staying there ?and will be it jam coz as i know koi kinrara is deep inside .before you reach koi kinrara you need to pass through some condos only will reach.thanks for replying coz im considering to buy a unit there,.and wait............the main concern is any cemetery nearby ????????????
