grille there's 3 pricing so far... 1.5k from local guy, 2.5k from esther (so-called appointed agent) and around 2k-3k from three kim metal works (depends on what package u want)

for the owners here, pls get wireman to check ur db box... make sure all the wires are screwed in and not just cucuk into the fuse without screwing to lock it...

the mgt will not entertain u. u need to check with electrical shop of ur choice to c if they r willing to do it for u. the piping for living room is indeed for 2.0hp acc. it has to be modified in order to use 1.5hp n below...

u only can take the aircond from mgt, if u wan to change the aircond, u need to check with your own electrical shop of your choice to see whether they allow u to swap + topup for 2.0hp or not.

received and paid TnB bills everymonth after the TnB meter was installed...

prepare a trolley, go to find Dino n ask from him, bring trolley and follow him to 2nd floor parking to take the aircond. only those names in S&P can collect.

i think the mgt did send the maintenance fee to the registered address (the address u register with developer while waiting for the condo to be completed). so as the cukai pintu n etc.

defect warranty is 18months... if u read the s&p....

there are africans staying there but so far the problems for my unit comes from the locals... not the africans...

if u go out after 9am... traffic is smooth...

nearby cemetery... is across the river...

air polution due to some ******* rubbish collecting company across the river dumps the rubbish at the river bank and burn it...

noise pollution.. not sure for A & D but for B & C, the noise from factory is not that noticeable compare to some other sounds...

access road is being widen now...
