last time it take more than 1 month, now maybe faster. if ur card is old model then will be longer

hi guys need some kind help, my asus gtx 760 fried, my bro gave the card to me sometime ago.. I don't know if its still under warranty and also I don't have box and receipt , I don't think my bro still keep it.. can I still RMA?
is this still the shop I should send it to?

ty sir! my card definitely more than 1 year, I have tried this afternoon removed card , put in , remove again put in again.. it worked. and then I shut off and went for dinner.. come back on, no respond on monitor when turning on.. then I repeat again remove , put in boot, remove again and put in now it working aagain.. im sure it have problem, ps: I tried plugging in to hdmi via my mobo when the video card show no signs. it works..
just that I hate what im facing now.. the card wan spoil like dun wan spoil ... just like ur car got problem but reach mechanic that time ok oledi then the mechanic ask u go home.. doh.gif

hi everyone, not sure if this has been discussed before. but my newly purchased Noctua fan (from the cooler L9x65) is having some rattling sound. does anyone know where can i send it for warranty?

though do they entertain the warranty if the issue is just fan rattle?

zhen^wei do IdealTech provide that service for Noctua fans too? as i saw you do for most products

6 years warranty, go back to the shop where u bought, give the chance the shop to do after sales service for u:)
