Yes it's bad. Which shop did you send them to btw?

my group of contacts also have such complaints.

on my R9 280X I sent for RMA, took 9 weeks.

Condition before - fan not working, card working
Returned condition - fan working, card not working

Look at the sticker at the back of the board, tell me what you see.

Now it's either NationTech or Ban Leong.

Nothing there can help you at all?

You'll probably have to highlight to Lazada that seller is not complying.

Hello people.

Do anyone know how to claim warranty from ADATA? I have tried to contact them from their RMA site & also tweeted them directly but no response so far.
Should be M-Link.

What product? I can inform them your situation.

Hi sir.  I have question here.  My Ssd already dead within 1year.  it has 3 years warranty. Already sent for warranty, & already received back new one... question here, is the warranty reset back to 0?  I mean start again 3years duration? or using old ssd date of purchase which is 2019.
