I tried to inquire about sony a200 but I was told it has been discontinued. So what choices am I left with? Also as I've only been in penang for a year or so, I dont know many camera shops. Could someone recommend a place that offers reasonable prices? I went to Click'n'Snap and they gave me D60 for rm1880 and I went to OneStop fujifilm shop they quoted rm1600. Why such a huge difference? I previously read that I could get a a200 for 1.4k but the OneStop shop guy told me that it would cost at least 1.6k. Sigh.. I kinda need it soon too. Any advice?

if they can show the valid warranty card for nikon d60 body and nikkor 18-55 vr lens(both distributor as Nikon (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.,correct serial number for both printed serail number with the body and 18-55 vr),complete accesories such as battery,charger.... and they sell it @ RM1600 only, fast grab it.it will be better than u get a200,if not just stick to the first 1.

if you have a 4k budget and you are looking into big ones i do not recommend you go for beginner slr, do ask youself before you deciding to go more to slr.. are you going to take photography to high level or just play play only.. if play play.. get a 500d and top up a flash gun... if u wanna go higher level... go directly 40d or nikon d90 at least.. this is my suggestion.. sony i would not recommend much as lens choice are very limited.

rapid shot i am not sure.. time lapse normally dun have under compact camera catergory... but if u looking for great wide angle + durable go for olympus, if not u go for sony for compact and style
