Thats the first time i heard that. All multiplatform always looks better on the PC. Out of curiosity, have you seen a pc game before?

Sry if i'm going out of topic, but why not a 360?
U get games from the PC AND console only games. Plus it can be modded if u're going the Jack Sparrow way.

even reviews noted that farcry2 ps3 version is better (i think gamespot or one of the reviews)...
there was no framerate issue wutsoever...
its the first game which its better than a pc for a multiplatform i believe...

as for ur dumb question, didnt u read my post that i'm struggling to play RA3 to the full potential so do u think i even play a pc game before?
and i am still playing WAR on my laptop...

most 360's big hit are on the pc (halo 1 n 2, GeoW, Last Remnant are coming to pc as well and rumors of fable 2)...
on the other hand, getting a 360 for the online community is a great plus!

do notice farcry 2 can run on 1080p using the ps3...

I'm sorry I'm not quite as enlightened like you to notice your post that you are struggling to Play RA 3 on the highest setting I'm not one with the internetz. Yeah you are probably right...RA3 would look a ton better on the PS3 too.

It still doesn't talk about which platform has the better graphics for the game. You said PS3 Far Cry 2 looks better than PC.

it doesn't but it put ur points invalid on the bugs/crashes on the consoles...
again i said, 1080p on the ps3 system makes it look better (though 720 would be sufficient)...

as i've said 1080p that the ps3 (and 360 as well) is capable of would make the final display better...

ps = upgrades from time to time just to keep up while a console can last u up to 6-10 years with similiar results...

But how good a game look, still base on how the game making company want to make it. Cause on the PS3 or XBOX 360, as long they got the budget and time, they can make the game utilize the maximum capability of the PS3 or Xbox 360, and still able to sell them cause they dont need to think if all the user console will support it or not.

But on the PC, they need to consider the profit, if they make the game support more type of PC, they will be able to cover a larger market share. So they need to strike a balance between profit and game quality.

look at the optimizaiton of mgs4...

on the other hand, ubisoft did great with crysis:warhead...
its optimized way better than crysis for the pc...

get the system to suit ur gaming style as chtan puts it...
get it to play the games u want to play...

and slowly in those 6-10years, all games that require mind usage disolved. replace by controller-bashing-shoot-everything game. ahh, future never look this bleak.

Which you claimed was backed up by a review from Gamespot. And it doesn't back up your claim. I'm not talking about upgrade frequency. But better graphic fidelity of Far Cry 2.

Exactly where in it you saw PS3 version looks better I don't know. You have no links to back upyour claim so how can I take it as the truth? I also want to buy PS3 lah...but dont give wrong info....If you think you are factually correct then prove it.

Ya, at least those game make some ppl wanna upgrade their computer, which in term help the hardware companies, which in term help push them to come out with far stronger hardware. That why, sometime I feel that the gaming industries is the industries which push the PC tech to grow and advance so fast. Cause most ppl always like to say "I want to get a strong computer for gaming." hahaha.

Plus, I'm sure Ubisoft can make Crysis: Warhead even better, better graphic and all, but then they lose out on profit, hahaha

by the way, just to keep to the topic, I advise to get a PC, cause it can do more then playing game. But seriously, if we can get all, which is the best PC, a PS3, a Xbox 360, and all, who dont wanna?

Plus, the reason why I support PC is that, I was one of those person, who sold my PS2, just to upgrade my PC, and that time PS3 haven't come out yet, hahaha.

confused with farcry too often...

again i repeat myself, ps3 can run farcry 2 at 1080p...
thus looking better...
