i think most likely caused by celcom lag time, can reach half a second

if there are wired broadband options, you should take other options. leave wireless bb as the last option if there arent any providers in your area

Oh, thank God not only me facing this situation. I thought my modem got some prob already, but since u also mentioned that it happened roughly 5 days ago, then we both have the same situation. Near kfc area...

hm.. that confirm the problem is not on our side. Have you call the careline and complain about it. They wont take action unless more people complain.

Near tasik here.. waiting the phone line to be ready. moving to streamyx..

I have no problem on XunLei or BitComet mod. smile.gif
The speed stays constant, just that slower speed on Internet surfing.
I'm on D98 by the way. smile.gif

Honestly speaking your speed isn't impressive for a D98 package. No offence. smile.gif

Hi,
For the past 2 days, my connection very bad. Speed also crawling like snail (max~10kBps). Are you facing the same problem? Is it the continuous rain in Kuching that cause this bad conenction?

I'm one of E220 user. Wireless bb is not recommended for online gaming because of high latency. About download, it depends on the network and from which server you download the file

I also facing the same problem on my EDGE, but now it's okay already. I don't know if the rain are the main culprit, but the issue is the celcom network.

I'm not so sure on the CLM brand, but Huawei e220 will heat up, but not so fast, still bearable.
