Customer service is good. Friendly staff/owner.
However, just be careful when order PO stuff....
I placed my pre-order in March for an item which has a release date in mid June.
Waited until mid July also haven't arrive. Then was told MIGHT even need to wait till end of July... sad.gif
Ended up i cancelled the order with full refund (very quick refund though).

When i first came across Toypanic it was the free shipping that attracted me. Of course there was always the concern about how they pack and post the stuff so i thought i'd try them out. Ordered two kits and they arrived very well packed in fact apart from some of my orders from Japan that i have received their packing is probably the best locally.

Have had no issues with breakages, damaged items, etc on my many subsequent orders unlike some of my LYF Sales thread or eBay MY items that i have received.

His website is also one of the best around and you can see your orders, etc in a very simple and clean layout. His pricing is also reasonable and the payment options are quite varied. As for service, i have had no problems with him and he is very prompt in replying and even advising you if you have any queries. He is also very accommodating in trying to get those missed out pre-orders or even those rare ones that do not com in.

All in all i do not think you could go far wrong with him. thumbup.gif

I've made 6 orders from them. Yes I would say they're good, fast delivery and package received in good condition. Customer service ok ok.

I always send a form after I made my payment. (Offline Payment Update Form )

I have received an email regarding the purchase order but it's in junk mail sweat.gif
Another is payment being received by mobile88.com

Not yet received any confirmation of delivery though...

Btw, the delivery notice at their site stated mine has paid and in processing... I saw most of my "neighbor" (order ID) has been dispatched sad.gif

it's been 20 pages so i am not sure if anyone posted before;

so far i've been buying gundams (and only gundams) from the online shops below;

-www.gundam.my: only purchased MG ex-S gundam from them since it's the only place i can find with the cheapest price (at that moment, years ago), the service was good, delivered on time and the box was in good condition

-af-hobby: i remember i ordered guanyu SD gundam but ends up they sent me a zhangfei SD gundam, i addressed the problem to them, at first they didn't reply, the second time when i was about to get mad, they asked me to deliver back to them and they will resend me the correct one for free, which they did, so i guess they still provide me a solution and in the end the problem was solved.

-g-wing online: since the shop located near my work place, i usually pay a visit to them when i need anything, friendly service and the prices are reasonable too

Try Singapore.

JB lots of shops selling replicas.

Last time Skudai Parade got model shop. anyway might be cheaper buying from KL online sellers or even from Japan.

Please look at the prices of Toypanic and check with other shops. The free postage and the so called points collection is all #######. I only buy from them when an item i want badly is no more or PO closed from other shops.
Unless Toypanic can absord the 6% GST, i buy from them as a last resort.
