Hey guys,

What is the interest rate given out by CIMB investment bank on unused money in the trust account?

When we purchase a stock, does the bank automatic deduct money from my trust account or do i need to click the pay at "T3" then click "pay" at the bottom page in the outstanding transaction ?
*
I think you need to do the e-Settlement yourself. Otherwise, they will sell off your shares on T+4.

Hi guys, anyone know where I can see the history of money that I deposit in??? or is the total amount of credit is all I can check??

I put in an amount yesterday, but the amount available doesn't match. It's not the 3x of the amount I have, it's 1.5x more than I put in.

Anywhere I can see my account transaction detail?
*
You used e-Deposit? If yes, you can view Summary Of Client's Deposit under Settlement tab.

what is trust account? open at cimb bank?
*
Trust account is like a chest with the investment bank. Money needs to be deposited to the trust account in order to trade. It will be then converted to equivalent "credit".

Annual fee for ATM cards is determined according to type of saving account that you're holding.

No annual fee but with limited withdrawals per month is available under Basic Saving Account.

Early morning there was a minor system glitches. I tried to cancel my order but the system did not update itself. I have tried several requests but failed. Called the CS and they said that they were facing some technical problem.

erm.. u mean if "basic" saving acc. no annual fee for ATM card? but how we know whether we are "basic" or not right? anyone know whether i can change my CIMB green ATM card acc to 'basic"? because i dont withdraw money from CIMB one.. so i hope that i can avoid paying the annual fee..

is there anywhere proper in LYN to ask about this hor?  hmm.gif since this is thread is about trading rather than saving.. tongue.gif

To know the type of saving account that you're holding, you can always ask the bank staff or CIMBClicks CS.

Only basic saving account has that feature. BNM specifies that every finanicial institution must provide basic account with minimal fees.

The transaction fee is enormous.

Besides, I didn't enable or activate the Cross Border Trading.
