How much is the transaction fee and brokerage ? I heard Genting Intl is a good share to invest. It is going up everyday and i am thinking of getting some.

I thought RM 28. Is it lowered?

I think contra min brokerage fee is the same.

I'm interested the min rate for intraday.

You have any idea when the lower min brokerage fee started?

Damn! I emailed them and they agreed to consider to lower that brokerage fee. WTH! If not, I'll still be charged at RM 28.

Good to hear that! I just wondering why you need to request, don't you think that should be automatic ?
*
Good question. I sent an inquiry to CIMB CS and they said that they'll proceed to lower down the min fee.

By the way, in the trading platform, the min brokerage fee is at default value of RM 28. The lower brokerage will be calculated and shown in the contract note.

Did you RESET your platform? Or log off and open a new browser to log in back?

I noticed that i-trade was seems like freeze at 4.45 to 4.55pm. TCP did not show properly. Is that a technical error or what?

If you want fast, snapshot the online transfer and send an email to CS. They'll process it within a day! I did that few times.

I received an email saying that my brokerage fees was reduced to RM 12 but when I checked at the "buy" screen, the transaction fees still RM 28. Anybody having this problem?
*
As I said earlier, the lower brokerage fee will only appear in the contract note. The system is set for a default value of RM 28.

I called CS to change my limit to RM 10k. They said can have a limit up to RM 100k provide that I pledged the necessary cash into my trust (RM 100k/3).

I asked if the 3x thing can be disabled. They said no. doh.gif
