Looking for mattress king size too. Currently using Sultana by Ikea, king size. Already use for 15years plus, time to change.

A lot of these independent mattresses ads pop up in my medsos, like Joey, Origin, Sonoo. Are they good? the packaging all looks the same to me.

Any feedback on Goodnite Love Series III?
Was offered with RM4300 mattress only. Is it a fair deal?
Thanks.

Hi Sifus,

Would really like to get your help to search for a new mattress. Looking for a queen size mattress:

- Sleep position: back/side sleeper
- Weight : 55kg (and pregnant)
- Preference : Medium firmness (back pain and shoulder pain)
- Budget : Mattress 2k and below

Can't really go and test mattresses as I'm in Terengganu. Not a lot of brands available. Only 1 goodnite outlet.

Any recommendations? I was thinking sonno, king koil or goodnite.

Went to goodnite outlet. Was quoted goodnite hotel noble 12.5inch rm2799 full set with bedframe. Without bedframe rm2699.

Another one goodnite andara 10inch with ice sleep fabric for rm 1699 (mattress only).

Anyone has experience with this brand/series before? Good deal or for the price better other brands ?

Hello guys, need help for finding a good super single mattress, current one from Origin Hybrid Mattress is just meh.

I'm:

- Back sleeper (sometimes i lay on side before sleep to use phone)
- Hot sleeper (maybe this is the issue with origin mattress, hard for me to fall asleep i keep turning here and there because of heat)
- Weight 90kg (working on it to reduce to 70~80)
- Preference: medium to firm
- Budget: Up to 5k

Currently I am looking at Serta, their sales from website tell me they have this new coming series using cooltech fabric, but need wait until april, range around 3~5k, meanwhile I'm also interested in Getha, but haven't visit their showroom

(Serta brand in this forum get lot of praise but i notice if i google it there's some mixed reviews of it saying the quality gone down recently, not sure if the manufacturing site is same or not...)

--
Just visited a mbf showroom and now eyeing the dunlopillo coolsilk 2.0 series, got offer king size for 4k

if you are feeling hot during the sleep even in an aircond room, whatever mattress fabric ie cooltech, icy cool, arctic cool, clima cool..etc applied will not give much cooling impact to you.

some people might say they don't use much aircond and prefer a cooling mattress, hot room hot environment is a fact, moving to a dense forest area is a heat solution way.

dunlopillo coolsilk 2.0 doesnt perform well if you are not using it in the aircond room.

Since this is the only active bed related thread ... hijack a bit to ask about bed frames lol. What are some recommended shops to get bed frames from ah? Good quality, value for money, not overpriced.

For context, have a small room and a super single mattress pushed up against a wall, thinking of getting a nicer bed frame.

Choose serta. Is not the quality is the model they choose not suit them in long run. Get a firm one. You will hate the soft one after 3-4 years.

Thanks for the reply, I actually pulled the trigger yesterday and bought the dunopillo purecool cool silk 2.0, and it arrive today, took a nap on it an immediately notice the heat actually build up much faster...

Now I'm thinking maybe it's because the random bedsheet I bought when buying this new king size mattress, I'm going to get a flax linen bedsheet from kapas and see how it goes

The new mattress is also more firm than when tested at showroom, maybe need time to soften it up abit

Hmm that one rated at 4 for firmness level, is that right?. I am looking at dr.flex for dunlopillo and vono spinepro 2000.These two seem to be newer models rated at 8 firmness.

It is better to go test the mattress yourself. The comfort level is very subjective. What may be comfortable for someone else may not be the same for you.
