Just bought a Aussie Sleeps Rodi queen sized mattress from Lazada for 1.2k. Seems quite worth it with pocket springs, 1 layer of coconut fiber and few layers of foam and some bamboo stitching top finish. Just found out here some people mentioning its some cap ayam brand but the review on Lazada on this model mattress and their other model mattress seems really good and for the price I don't think can find 5 zone pocket spring mattress. Already knew it was a local brand but shall try and see. My current mattress is sagging pretty bad and can feel the spring throughout the bed already and I had been diagnosed with slip disc so need a new mattress urgently. Now waiting for it to be delivered from Ipoh.

Any thoughts on this mattress? Those who tried it or seen it before, not those who just judge it based on their website and 'false advertising' etc, though honestly I'm also skeptical from those facts alone. The company who sold me at least was honest on the phone told me was local brand unlike some here I think the salesman say its Australian brand trying to enter Malaysia . But the guy told me this mattress if buy from normal shop would be 1.8-2k like that not sure how true is that though

Also found this video, this is the exact mattress I bought. Hope it's good. Just afraid the top layer might be too soft as you can see the guy sinking in to the bed

It's on sale now for RM3.5k and the salesperson said that the original price is about RM5k. Is it a good deal?

Many reputable brands have their own range of firm/mmedium/soft mattress etc.

Go look for warehouse sales, no point paying full price.

My entire house using mattress that retails for 20k+ each... but bought them for a fraction of the price.

simmons price in Malaysia is so high because the stock goes thru Singapore distributor first.
Singapore distributor orders stock from Thailand japan Canada and resell to Malaysia distributor.

Malaysia distributor factors in rental fees + profit margin = voila....basically 5digits price tag.

the only 4digit price tag is Thailand model, comfort feeling....poor....~
