I bought Eclipse mattress (Model name: FAIRFIELD, Model No.: 1001) in 2010 and got it delivered in 2011, since early 2014 the mattress started to sink and oftenly heard spring sound when sit or change sleeping position. Hence I try to call the showroom and got to know the showroom no longer there (it was at Kota Damansara branch). Thus, I then called other contacts which available in the invoice and delivery order (Bangsar HQ and Sg Buloh) but all the numbers are not reachable.

Really need help to claim the warranty. I also tried to send my query at the Eclipse official website (http://www.eclipsemattress.com/eclipse/PublicPages/Contact.aspx), but no reply till today.

Huge slogan with 10-years warranty, but not able to claim now!

Anyone have this similar issue, or can share other contact-able number?

I placed it under the staircase near the main door hoping and praying someone will come and collect to fix it. Till today nothing happened. Next time I will only buy from proper shops only not from exhibitions promoters who do not have real existing shops like this BEDDING IDEAS SDN BHD who lied and say they got many shops here!

The Mid Valley management said they are only responsible for the rental space and building. They were nice about it but they told me to let other people know so they too will not make the same mistake. All calls to their mobile numbers went unanswered. They also blocked messages after I complained why nobody has come as promised.

Well thank you for sharing. Will definitely keep this name BEDDING IDEAS SDN BHD in mind and stay away from it. There is the home dec in KLCC this weekend, maybe you can try going there to see if there have a booth there.

They are having fair now at klcc homedec exhibition, today n tmr go try your luck claim warranty there.

I found Englander New Cambridge at MAG Furniture Kajang. The warehouse just bit further from traffic light Tmn Restu, Jln Semenyih. I just visit there today. Rm999. Fee 2 Englander pillow.

Kajang Perdana got 1. Beside TTDI Grove Kajang. Nearby penjara kajang. The billboard show "Mylatex". Go there once to have a look for budget mattress. They got Aerofoam therapedic, aerofoam aerostyle, Sleep Design, Snooz, Mylatex as well.

I'm looking for queen mattress at budget <1k.
Now got 3 choices:

1. Vazzo (forgot the model)
2. Englander New Cambridge
3. Aerofoam aerostyle

These mattress are pocket spring (*Englander use inner spring) & latex topping (Englander & aerofoam), latex rebound topping (Vazzo)

I prefer medium soft. Englander quite soft for me. Which one better at that tight budget?

now, the side that I always lie have a squeaking sound when I sit on it or make a sudden move.

Is that normal?
