I bought Eclipse mattress (Model name: FAIRFIELD, Model No.: 1001) in 2010 and got it delivered in 2011, few months back the mattress started to sink and oftenly heard spring sound when sit or change sleeping position. hence i try to call the showroom and got to know the showroom no longer there (it was at Kota Damansara branch). thus, i then called other contacts which available in the invoice and delivery order (bangsar HQ and Sg Buloh) but all the numbers are not reachable.

really need help to claim the warranty. I also tried to send my query at the Eclipse official website (http://www.eclipsemattress.com/eclipse/PublicPages/Contact.aspx), but no reply yet.

any1 have this similar issue, or can share other contact-able number?

sigh.. but how would customer know it is OEM or what.. ppl jz buy the brand and trust

after the 4th time i wrote to their official website, finally the CEO (Stuart Carlitz http://www.eclipsemattress.com/eclipse/pub...eadership.aspx) took action, he asked his associate from singapore to response to my email, hope to get any positive feedback from them

I got response from the Singapore associate to meet up at Perfect Livin, PWTC last Nov 2015. I described the issues I encountered and what he offered was to arrange for the mattress to be picked up and send back to factory for further investigation. According to his experience, normally would be the spring faulty, and warranty only covers that. If the faulty spring also causes the foam on top of it to be in not good condition, it doesn't cover under warranty also (and he will quote me for the foam replacement - which I know it is not going to be cheap). Besides, transportation fee to take the mattress back will be bourned by me He also mentioned will arrange someone to contact me after the exhibition, but until today I do not receive any email from him or his peoples.

After all this negative experience, I don't even bother about it anymore. I rather get another mattress for replacement.

Good luck peoples who buy Eclipse brand.

rule of thumb - don't be attracted with the "10 years warranty", ask the sales person what does the warranty covers - spring/foam/transportation/etc...

may out of topic a bit, do u all wash new bed sheet opened from package before sleep on it?

it will not last compare with solid one.. furthermore according to fengshui, not good as well..

how tall r u?

it is not odd, standard mattress size usually based on region..

for msia/sgpore kind of region, king size normally length around 190-195cm. while angmo's country length around 200-205cm

any advice/feedback on this brand/model?
