quickly go trough that few articles just now,
toms hardware was trying to say they managed to oc P2 to 4.9GHz, that's it.
and some other jerks interpreted it into phenom has poor oc-bility, AMD tells big lies during demo, f*** the AMD cold bugless story....blar blar blar

anyway toms hardware provided misleading info as well,
the Super Pi 1M result was executed at 4GHz, not 4.9GHz.
and the cold bug could be due to bad insulating skill, mobo cold bug etc...
