I got my ipad this morning phew... apple stick to 18/1 delivery date. Good

Do you think DHL updates the status of our packages? I ordered an ipod touch, in the order is said shipped between 19-21/01 but delivery confirmation gave 25/01 as the date. Crazy.. but looking at the order status, it has reach KUL yesterday morning and no update after that. I guess DuaHariLambat means I'll get my ipod on Friday

Update: Just got updated and notified by email: 19 Jan 11 9:52 AM - With delivery courier - KUALA LUMPUR,MALAYSIA .. yeay..

Im newbie to apple store malaysia. first time using.
Just bought a mac games on the apple store.
usually how long it gona takes to reach me ?
according to the store, shipping in 24 hours.
I wonder how fast they can be.

Hopefully everything is fine. I got the order number thru email already.
Now just check status or what ? will they still email me if anything ?

normally all items is ship from Singapore warehouse. if it stated that it will ship in 24 hours, means Apple will release the product to DHL the next day. and DHL normally takes 2-3 days to deliver the item to Malaysia. Pray hard that there is nothing wrong on the customs side coz if they hold ur item, then u might need to wait for 1-2 weeks but this is very rare.

I think if the warehouse got stock then can deliver within 1-2 business day. last year i bought a macbook pro, it only take 1 day to deliver to my doorstep.

and the last tracking update was that it has arrived at the SZB.

you can check on the tracking number given, call the courier company and pressure them, tell them its super urgent. like my case, previously ordered iPod shuffle for Christmas, then they show delivered on 28th Dec. i told them must reach on the 23rd. on the 22nd, i called Singapore DHL, make noise, then call Malaysia DHL, make noise again, item cleared custom on 23rd 8am, the item is at the door step around 9am. kudos to DHL excellent service
