normally all items is ship from Singapore warehouse. if it stated that it will ship in 24 hours, means Apple will release the product to DHL the next day. and DHL normally takes 2-3 days to deliver the item to Malaysia. Pray hard that there is nothing wrong on the customs side coz if they hold ur item, then u might need to wait for 1-2 weeks but this is very rare.

you can check on the tracking number given, call the courier company and pressure them, tell them its super urgent. like my case, previously ordered iPod shuffle for Christmas, then they show delivered on 28th Dec. i told them must reach on the 23rd. on the 22nd, i called Singapore DHL, make noise, then call Malaysia DHL, make noise again, item cleared custom on 23rd 8am, the item is at the door step around 9am. kudos to DHL excellent service
