hi....was wondering if anyone bought an iMAC via installment plan through the apple online store before? is it possible to do so?
(coz to fork out RM6886 cash...is...kinda impossible for me...=_=)

malaysia store doesnt offer EPP

the best u could do is to call ur bank and convert your cc purchase to EPP

usually there is 2-5% 'handling charge' aka interest

are u living or have friend in singapore?

cos each apple store only ship to own country only, like singapore apple online store online ship to singapore address, same goes with malaysia apple online store

Looks like we're seeing Online Store screwing up more and more these days. Placed an order for a Touch yesterday which states ship by 24 hours minus delivery time. Now almost 36 hours, it's still not yet shipped. And I've just received an-email stated it's been delayed, and they revised my date of delivery... doh.gif

My gf is school teacher, so I guess is counted as Staff of Ministry of Education. Can she help me to purchase discounted Mac Mini from Apple online store for Education? What kind of account she need to create?

can,she can purchase it for you,just follow the onscreen step and create an Apple ID.
by the way,the retail price for Mac Mini 2.4GHz : 320GB can be as low as RM2199(or even lower),for Mac mini with Snow Leopard Server 2.66GHz : Dual 500GB,the retail price can be lower than RM3299

You mean, I can even get the Mac Mini below RM2199 warranty by Apple? Where?
I thought the price pretty standard even for other Apple authorized reseller such as Machines, Epicenter, etc.

i am not try to do sales here,but base on current costing,actually retailers can follow online education price or even lower than that for all mac product like mb.mbp,mba,mm,im and mp
