Hi bro, do you intend to covert the BlueRay to ISO format or just copy the BD video file over?  By chance you know any player can play ISO format with all the menu/feature remain intact?
*
got a few..which can play BD ISO format.. one is HTPC, the other TVIX with limited menu support using beta firmware.. and another high end BDplayer with HDD media player built in... model..forgot name liao..

I saw a product from local company.
Quite the same, with 1TB WD HDD (500MB x 2), with HDMI output but not support audio. Coaxial & Optical audio output.
Provide more than 1000 movies/concerts in HD format.
Could be in load new titles every 3 month (Charges)

I tried it's picture quality mostly in 720 Res, according there said with DTS-HD MA & DD True-HD, but I find that only got DTS & Dolby Digital only.
Quality can't compete with Blu-Ray, just better than DVD slightly, but convenience.
*
do they give you the movie (i.e. full up your 1TB HDD) when you buy the product?

*
why you need to own WTDV only can ask meh? don't you think it's wise to ask before one decides to get it only to discover it doesn't have certain features that one's looking for?

Any recommendation for WD Hard drive 1TB?
In terms of value and performance which model to get?

Going to get 1 soon with WD TV.
Currently my P4 PC is lagging when watching mkv.
*
the WD Green EACS seems to be good and cool operation..and cheap, I think here can get around RM310 range..

higher spec would be WD green EADS slightly hotter but also slighty faster.. I think 350-360 range.
