Miniature vs Toy
For those who thought slightly bigger toy is a miniature. here u see the difference at their 8weeks old of life.


Colos in Poodle Family

This is brown. Can be so dark as to look black or have a more reddish brown shade to them (chestnut). Browns should not be confused with Cafes or Silver Beiges. For these are shades of browns that fade. A true brown should never fade. However because most browns DO fade, it too is commonly thought to be a fading color. Browns must have liver points and dark amber eyes.


This only call Cafe au laits
Is a dilute of brown. It carries the fading gene. Think of them as coffee with cream added. They are born dark brown and change to cafe around the age of 2 yrs. Not to be confused with silver beige. Cafes must have liver points and dark amber eyes. A beige colored puppy at birth is NOT a cafe au lait!

how to differenciate brown n red?
brown is Amos. those that almost red and we call it brown is not brown, those are apricot.

This shows black, blue and silver all together. Yes the silver is a young puppy so she is still dark on her body. But you can see the silver color showing through and on her face and feet.

dear all, still remember my friend poodle, Pluto... my friend want to shave his fur to bald coz the groomer said this will make his fur grow better and nicer ...is it true???!!!!

no wor....i went to a shop...erm quite good la they say no ned to do so...do grooming...slowly will have more nicer fur and will become thick oso...i wanted to shave my win win too lucky i consulted a few pet shops before i did so...

after grooming a few times...i mean full grooming (clipping) the poodle will b ok...

share with u all 1 story....

my win win 1st time meet with dogs was at Fluff...tat time she very scared cz thr had many fur frenz....i rmb when i call her to come to me twice,she wanted to make a move ady then ice stood in front of her like 'teling her dun move a' (i guess la) haha...and win win realy tak berani to move at all.....haha....but she was still afraid....

2nd time was at a pet shop at taman caunaught..tis time it was ony a poodle...female....erm tat poodle a bit active keep on chasing her...1st win win was a bit afraid...but when cool down ady then she started to kacau tat poodle..when the poodle run after her she run s if its gona eat her up like tat....but wen the poodle's owner hug tat poodle then my win win berani to go near and kacau ppl again....haha it was fun

3rd time....went to my cousin's house....she had a schnauzer(male) it is 5.5kg and my win win ony 2.2kg...imagine when it was on top of her not leting her to go...haha...she did her work again by kacau-ing ppl and when he chase she runs for her life....


it was a great fun looking at them playing so hapily.....

Jodee is with me at pj now, i know that dog and suggie cnt keep together, so cole at my hometown is a great choice. I going to yam cha, chat with you next time, bye bye.

how old is winwin now? so poodle gathering is her 4th time out?

i got 3 dogs plus 2 sugar gilders. hehe..

Sometimes i see cherrie and collie pic a bit geli coz both hitam hitam, but see real is ok msybe they moving.

hitam is black? BLack is nice... especially after grooming. The black stands out the most. Very cool and Special.

Ha ha, that is silver poodle not a black poodle,

Silver color when small is black color after few years will turned to silver color like Miniature Schnauzer. Silver color is rare and beautiful but need take some risk because when small is black, some is not nice when full growth the color looked not balance some is dark grey , some is light and some is black.
