yes... the customer service for the RMA is excellent ...

i send my HD4850 to the scanart HQ last friday......customer service there is very nice ....

they check it and found the problem.... 1 to 1 exchange to me on monday....

if i don't send it on friday ... maybe i can get it on the same day or the next day because they are not working on the saturday and sunday
