For now?

Methinks what you just experienced is a case of "proxy testing", that means, it's in TMNet plan.

Not a good sign, man.

Not good at all !

I've reset my modem for more than 30 times.. IP range still the same and status still NON-PORTABLE.

My friend with IP 60.X is not affected yet and i checked it's ASSIGNED PORTABLE.

Sooner or later they'll ASSIGNED all NOT PORTABLE sweat.gif

"Portable" means TM, the owner of the IP block, can move it to another network.

It has nothing to do with you and has nothing to do with your issues here.

But the user assigned with Portable can download without problems? How to explain that?

It means that this networking forum for the most part lacks factual information, and many of the (mis)informed posts are based on hearsay and pure guesswork.

It doesn't matter (mis)informed posts or pure guesswork. Fact is it will mentioned that your IP address 58.27.105.130 is currently downloading a file. That ip does not belongs to me and i'm not currently downloading any file. And i've checked those that do not have this problem willl have the status ALLOCATED PORTABLE.

TMNet stealing Thailand's IP??

Wow !

I ran a check on TM's IP, and found out that it's using Arpanet's IP. That's the Department of Defense of USA !

If TMNet keep doing this, don't be surprise if one day a HARM missile hit TM's datacenter.
