Anyone knows the Samsung Mobile Service Center Manager's email address, like to send a email to him to complains poor quality service from the Service Team at Summit USJ. Here what happen:
1. My Samsung Omnia touch screen stop functioning last Thursday at 30th/Oct, i.e u touch with or without screen protector, omnia does not response 2. Send my Phone to Summit USJ at Friday 31th early morning, the CSR tells me either needs to flash the rom again, or the LCD is broken, promise me to call me that day to give me the root cause, and when I can get my unit back 3. They didn't call me back on 31th-Oct 4. Call them again at 3rd-Oct, again no idea what is the root cause and when I can get my unit back, again promise to call me back..they didn't call 5. Call them again at 5th-Oct, same things happen.. This is very bad, given this is brain new phone, and they are pushing hard for this phone, I will expect they will at least offer me a replacement straightway, they didn't Very angry.. hey guys, just would like to share some info,
firstly s2u2 does not drain your battery as mentioned above, but spb shell does, reason being is bcuz im actually using both of em. but to those of u who would like to use s2u2, i'd recommend u guys to go for the latest version, which has extra features and options. as everyone knows, spb mobile shell is d killer of your battery life. secondly, the pouch picture above is very cool, but just 1 question, does your omnia fit nicely in d pouch? or a bit longgar? thirdly, to the bro above who was asking about maxis' omnia that they're offering, i dont think its under AP as omnia does not hav AP sets. but its pretty cheap for a 16 gb, but u gonna need to sign up contract for 2 years which means u need to use postpaid plan for 150 a month for 2 years. if u really use dat much and dont mind paying then yes, it's worth it to grab one. im working in maxis anyways, so i should know better, and last but not least, since there are a lot of omnians here, why not we make a gathering? mengeratkan silaturrahim antara omnians la katakan... heheh. what say u guys? Please add me to the list of Omnians
Borneo - 16GB model SG set-- 1GB Micro SD, Screen protector, pouch & TV-out cable. Stuff separately bought --- capdase silicone case, spare battery. Currently on J9.... still cant figure out the difference between J1/J6/J9..... Battery performance about the same i think with previous versions. S2U2 seems ok to me.... does not make any difference to power consumption. |
