After installing to many software, u will findout u nned to scroll down a long list to find your prefer program.
You can Groups it.
It is Simple.
I use Total Commander for this.
In Your OMNIA, navigate to:
\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
You will see all your installed program shortcut in here in .ink form

It is easy, just creat a subfolder in this programs folder and name it as you like.
In total Commander, under file got an option of MkDir (to make a new folder)
For me, I create a Multimedia folder and then cut all the desire software shortcut into the folder.

Just my 2 cent, if it help.

hi can this phone install chinese-english dictionary? and where can i get it? pls advice

Been playing with my new omnia on and off after getting it on 23 Feb.
Been very busy so spent only a few mins here and there.

Questions:
1. I know that songs (mp3 etc) to store at root of storage in order for omnia to be picked up as use as ringtones/alert/etc. what about for videos, pictures (to be used as desktop background)? still store in storage root? won't it be messy w/o creating any folders? any way around this?

2. to have pictures for my contact, do i need to copy all my contacts from SIM to PHONE?

Hehe - i still do not know what is the best way to protect my phone. screen, camera lens, back casing have been protected using the clear screen type. the chrome area - not protected - worry holding too long with sometimes sweaty palms will turn chrome to darker color. how abt capdase silicone casing. any good? will the black one stain the chrome? i've tried plastic casing but VERY difficult to open back. pls advise frens

1. For wallpaper u do not need to put at root storage..juz view the pict in File Explorer..click Menu>Set as>Today Background..

2. Yes u need to copy all ur contact into phone contact..from there u can add pict..or maybe u can use other software cuz standard omnia only view small pict..

3. Ermm omnia original pouch maybe? not so bulky..but expensive hehe..

yes u need to resize..if u dont want to resize also can..but the pict must be vertical pict..
