HU Alpine 9886 which is imprint ready but still PXA-H100 processor to setup the HU, but HU 9887 which is imprint ready and built-in processor already (no need to purchase PXA-H100).
Mine Alpine 9886 already install PXA-H100 a bit regret after install it, cut down my SQ-Bass and i so confuse with the 7 Band Eq ready and 5 Band Customize EQ band, until now i still setting up the PXA-H100 processor, so troublesome la. U can survey get cheaper than MYR 850 if u need that processor PXA-H100, cost me MYR 650++ only.

Ask Howiechoo get ur Alpine 9887, i think in LYN he sell most cheapest Alpine HU. USB Cable expensive wor, mine one cost me MYR 120 1 meter length

hmm....i not really into high end type, or mid-high end....
for me, mid end or mid class already enough, rather than low or low-end class

so, i think i get Pioneer DEH7250SD enough....coz, the rest are really too expensive...even with the budget, i muz save 4 doing something else

his down payment and tinting is 12k. so 17-12 is 5k but he told me his budget 4k, think 1k use to add turbo, haha.

dun get 9887. it's a waste of money (even though i selling it)

for the imprint setting, i think you guys mean the auto setting for imprint?
the auto setup is bullshit. same with p80. in fact, all auto tuning is like shit. they do not take into account of car acoustic environment.

if u can maximise your own setting by using the imprint, it will sound quite ok. but it still dun worth it if u gonna buy the imprint and hu together.

still say, normal HU like 7250 better...right??

Yes, it should be ok....I guess for your expectation. But there is always a chance for trial and error.

there's always better hu. but u need to make sure ur full system utilize it.

if u get 9887 without adding external processor, it's just a hu with time alignment. the eq are not really helpful
