I just got a 2 mth acc with 10gb / day limit...

Just want to know other than this daily limit was other limits are there?

About this accumulated stuff, how does it work for old accounts and *new* accounts?

aik 2 months got 10GB per day capped??

I'm more worried there are other limits such as accumulated stuff which i totally not familiar with.

there is no such things as 2 months account. You probably bought someone else's account. There are 7000 points in there. Probably means that person bought 1 month then extend 6 month.

If you did not buy it from authorised reseller or from the account owner, it's probably a stolen account. Use at your own risk.

BTW, why do you guys keep complaining RS to be the problem to your slow speed? Why can't it be tmnet causing this problem? Logically thinking, i would say streamyx is more the problem to your slow speed. Really nothing much we can do with lousy streamyx service. Does MU never face such problem?

how i know with u?
like i said, direct download is just an option so that u dun need to go to the select server screen when u click on a RS link
if u see the download URL in ur download manager, u can see certain letters indicating with server they are connected to
like gc stands for global crossing, tg stands for teleglobe/teleglobal etc

its a good thing. new accounts in RS is 2.6gb a day now. if u say 10gb is too much for u, sell it to someone else at a high price la its hard to get those 10gb/day acc now.

sorry i should've mentioned i bought it off someone, introduced by a friend who has been buying from him for almost 1 yr.

no more accumulated stuff is for the 'old' account right? if new accounts (looking at the future) at 2.6gb / day there will be an 2.6gb / day and 80gb / mth limit, thats all?

last time, u can accumulate ur downloads. meaning if today u din finish downloading 10 gb and have an extra of 2gb, it'll be brought forward so tomorrow you got 12gb.

now, for all new or old accounts, you cannot accumulate your downloads anymore. What you get in 1 day is reset every day. Meaning u get 10gb or 2.5 gb a day (depending on ur account)

old account cap limit is 10gb
new account cap 2.6gb.

I already switch to MU. MU links been appearing everywhere now. I seeing changes happening

nope... thats old account..
he bought it off someone who bought the acc before RS implement new policy of 2.66gb per day..
my acc also still hav 10gb per day limit, but until 17 nov only...
so, need to download more n fast before the acc expire... huhu

When will rapidshare realize the consequences of their new implemented rule? I hope they realize fast or they will losse a lot of customer since i see a lot of MU thread popping out nowadays.

Now im thinking by next month should i buy RS account frm my fren, which he bought few months ago, & seldom use, or i just straight away change to MU.

Better stick with rs first atm. MU still not matured yet...
