As for contacting RapidShare support. Is it worth it? Are they responsive?
*
I've contacted RapidShare Support several times last year and the fastest response I got from them was 18 minutes (real response from their support team -- not the automatic response), the slowest response was 66 hours.

But for what's it's worth, RapidShare Support are very responsive (especially if you report a possible bug). The time-frame of their response really depends on the number of emails they get everyday.

If its not because of RapidShare, can you please explain me why I get full speed for all downloads (except for areas effected by fibre cable broke down). Can't explain that can you? Me too. I guess we can blame them both. What do you think? biggrin.gif
i suspect that streamyx throttling download speed from rapidshare... because its happen to me too. At noon, my speed very slow when download from rapidshare, but when i use vpn, i can get full speed without a problem. But at midnite, my speed will back to normal again even without vpn...

You know what. Today the issue seems to have gone (so far) but they have yet to reply my email regarding the matter. guess RapidShare does not want to admit their guilty and that is also (I think) the reason why they did not return my bandwidth that they unjustly stole from me for the last few days.

Updated: The problem with my bandwidth happening again, DAMN!!!
