QUOTE(nismo91 @ May 12 2010, 10:06 PM) z cinema is not bad. but for the normal retail price i don't think it's worth getting. check out the altec 6021, creative T3, aego M and other things. if you prefer 2.0 you may want to listen to Edifier S2000/V and AudioEngine A5. I really like the design,is it really good for movies.Bear in mind, the viewing distance of like 6-8 feet away.Does it have enough power to drive all the sound, without loss of details?Yes, i certainly love those huge SW like the Z5500 Quoting myself. This is my experience with my C3.. QUOTE(-kytz- @ May 12 2010, 07:35 PM) C3 performs poorly over a long viewing distance. So much details lost This post has been edited by -kytz-: May 12 2010, 10:18 PMAnything more than 3 feet is rubbish.Hence, the term 'pc speakers' |

QUOTE(JasonYCL @ Jun 2 2010, 02:17 PM) can anyone recommend which modal, C3, S530, S730, is suitable to treat as mini home theather for LCD TV ? By the way, is it suitable to do so ? Don't quite recommend multimedia speakers for Home Theater systems lol since pc speakers aren't designed for long distance viewing, hence the term "pc speakers"Thanks..... My C3 does terribly more than 3 feet away, too much details lost, mid range, clarity, bass, highs all kapoot once you're far away. Thus, better to get those HT speakers lar.IMHO |
