Sky Sports sources say Kranjcar has passed his medical at Spurs....but no official announcement yet...

Martin Petrov could be coming and Bentley will reunited with Sparky Hughes at Man City....nothing confirmed though...

it's a tight balancing act. squad depth is important for the team. but the players all want to be starting. especially in a World Cup year, all the national players want playing time to keep match sharpness. So Pav wants first team action...and Bentley wants to play to at least keep him in Capello's mind...

last night's game was a tale of 2 halves. we were letting Sunderland come at us for most of the 1st half and were fortunate to survive their onslaught. the introduction of Kranjcar gave us the width we needed and we were all over them in the 2nd half.
