oh... okay... vikingw2k said that we can check how much we had used for the postpaid by pressing *128*1*1#... i tried but it said it's only for principal line... anyway for supplementary line to check that?
*
Is your account separated from main account?
If yes, then you should be able to check... Else, you have to check from main account. You can apply to have separated account. smile.gif
Anyway, it could be your line has just activated. You may check it tomorrow. smile.gif

All phones have line 1 and line 2 for DiGi.
We use line 1 and line 2 can only receive calls but cannot call out.
Nevertheless, line 2 has other usage too.
Refer to here: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...&#entry21049473

Hope this helps. smile.gif

huh..too many pages liao..lazy to read all....btw,this is my question :
i'm using prepaid wana transfer to postpaid.i seldom call or sms .even if i call, each call is usually 1 to 5 minutes per day...most oso at most 1 hr per day.if i take DG20,is it worth?
n my prepaid balance now is RM100++ .so,wat will happen to my credit balance remaining?
*
It will bring forward to you next postpaid bill and will deduct in your bill.
Hmm. Seldom call and SMS should use prepaid not postpaid. sweat.gif

coz i tot of since i can't use even RM30 per month,y dun i pay RM20 per month for postpaid so tat my credit wun accumulate till i need to 'buy' those games and themes to waste some money laugh.gif
*
RM 20 is access fees not commitment fees. sweat.gif
Reload RM 10 can last for one month.
Else, you spend RM 30.00 for Super Long Life then you have 365 validity, then not need to top up every month. smile.gif

Well, be patient.
It is such a good news to see DiGi will improve from EDGE to HSDPA, a huge improvement. Other telcos are taking gradual improvement, GPRS to 3G and lastly to HSDPA.

Last time maxis fella try to brainwash me saying FREE MODEM LIFETIME WARRANTY u just take it without paying but u will be charge monthly for about RM 130 a month for unlimited access. No matter what i say he keep concentrate on the FREE MODEM AND LIFE TIME WARRANTY i was like my problem is not free but stability of MAXIS BROADBAND AND COMPLAINS.
*
You can get one less than RM 350 nowadays. I bought it in April for around RM 500, well it was still costly that time. smile.gif

Hi all, I have been looking through digi's website and I am confused and hope anyone could give me some clearance. Thanks!

1. Is FnF and Super FnF different thing?(The voice call for FnF is 10sen while super FnF is 15sen?)
2. Do I need to pay to get Super FnF?
*
1. FnF applies to both postpaid and prepaid. Postpaid allows 6 DiGi no. while prepaid allows 11 DiGi no. Call rate for FnF (postpaid) is RM 0.10/minute while prepaid is RM 0.15/minute. Super FnF allows you to add in 11 DiGi no. and 4 other telcos' no., also RM 0.15/minute.
2. No, free of charge.

Yes, you may have a try but make sure you cross your photocopy I.C. This is super crucial. smile.gif
Is that DiGi Specialised Store far from your residence? smile.gif
