Lacus,

Have you reviewed the CRT-5400 and CRT-5300?
I can't seem to find the original thread started by jeffrey5337.
Anyone have the link?

C-Note,it's all pretty similar.I'd say firmwares from 3.71m33 --> 5.00m33.They're all equally good.

wut u mean by cannot play? does it show any error message?

if it runs slower, it could be the Highspeed MSPD was formatted in FAT32, if then u have to reformat it in FAT16 using windows command prompt

assuming the "hi-speed mspd" is ori, if its fake, then it could be the card problem

there are 3 models of psp, psp1000, psp2000, psp300, search the info from internet smile.gif .
the psp umd games not all of them are expensive, it depends on the game title. u can check the price from the garage sale.

Yes u can download the games from the net umd and transfer them to the memory card using DAX Dumper. Playing from memory stick is a bit faster in terms of load time.

OMG which side r u from?!! The dark side or the bright side?

Assuming u're from the bright side, yea u cannot download from the net as it is illegal. So first, go to shop and buy a PSP and buy x amount of UMD game(s) plus a memory stick. Then download the DAX Dumper from the net and upload it to ur memory stick. Insert both memory stick and UMD game into the PSP and run the DAX Dumper from the memory stick. The game will then be downloaded, or in other word dumped, from the UMD to the memory stick. After the process finish, u can run the game from the memory stick!

About PSP price I have no idea. Some of them said the price keep hiking recently to cost RM800++ even for the unit alone! I bought mine earlier at RM680(only the unit) equipped with CFW 3.90M33.

Awww wish I have the money to buy one more battery and memory stick to downgrade it to 3.71M33...

the PSP 2000 series are increasing price like hell these days tongue.gif

just now saw 2 LYN sellers calling for RM9xx shocking.gif

PSP 2000 series are more expensive than 3000 series for the reason is that 2000 can run homebrew/ISO but not 3000.

running games from MSPD is always faster than running off UMD, and it saves more battery hour too.
