Yo... A little blur now...
I ady download the 5.00.rar, inside ady got the 500.pbp
So, i just extract to the folder and the job is done izzit???

well, did u download the 5.00m33-4 from dark alex website? do that..follow the guide given..if u copy that 500.pbp..u will only end up with original firmware

The video in UMD itself is MP4 AVC format

If you convert ur movie to MP4 AVC format @ 720x480 , u should be able to get good quality playback on LCD TV as well.

However if u were to watch at PSP alone, I would suggest PMP format simply because PMPlayer Advance allow playback at 66MHz with the same quality of playback. It should save more battery juice smile.gif

The file only got 500.pbp
So, i still need the old update folder copy and paste to the game directory izzit?
and put the new download 500.pbp into update foler and run on my psp???

well, just do as i saw on the previous post..u should b running on cfw right..copy the 500.pdp u download earlier into the update folder from the dark alex website.so inside ur update folder there will b 2 files.

already confused... use old 500.pbp 1st and den put in new 500.pbp???

huh..dude, did u even read the guide posted by playboy? the 2 files inside the UPDATE folder will b Eboot.pbp and 500.pbp.

while we at it,i wanna ask sumthin,mine phat currently running on 3.90m33-4,can i directly upgrade to 5.00m33?or i need to upgrade to 4.01m33 first before upgrade to 5.00m33?

yes. can straight away update to 5.00m33-4..just check the change log for minimum requirements for it.
