come to think again, a full umd size is 1.7GB right. so, if u manage to calculate your final encoded mp4 to the nearest than that, plus the right resolution (720x480), u will get the same quality as a umd movie. correct me if i'm wrong.

also, a 2 hour movie with 1.7GB is not worth it u know. it will be just like lampin pakai buang.

A Movie is usually not fully 1.7GB, get a UMD movie and try it. Usually it coems with Trailer, Behind the Scene, The Making, Bonus Video etc etc and that takes up some space in the UMD. Sometimes those UMD movie even with extra stuff, it is only around 1.2-1.4GB.

However the choice is yours, if you want good quality and you have really high capacity memory card like 16GB, you can have 10 Movies inside your PSP and bring it to vacation to watch on the Hotel TV with the help of AV cable.

Usually I convert to PMP format 480x272 high quality and the file size is around 700-900MB

Copy the eboot.pbp and 500.pbp that you downloaded into a folder called "UPDATE" and copy that UPDATE folder into the MSPD's \PSP\GAME folder.

So it should look like \PSP\GAME\UPDATE folder with the 2 files mentioned above.

Then on your PSP and go into the Game > Memory Stick and run "PSP Update Verion 5.00". Just follow playboy's guide and you'll be fine.

Some guy (the guy selling imitation MSPD! ) say that DNA is selling rebranded Sandisk memory. I think I would rather buy Sandisk or Sony MSPD instead to risk my $ to buy this DNA. That's my 2sen.

Wah Chai: Get at least 8GB for ISO, movies, music and pictures. 4GB is too little. You can get the sandisk 8GB M2 with MSPD adapter which is cheaper than buying the sandisk 8GB MSPD. Or you can go extreme like some members here, get PhotoFast CR-5400 adapter (RM85) and buy 2 sandisk 8GB MicroSDHC class 6 (RM90 each). You will have 16GB memory to use.

Sandisk 4GB now can be get at under RM100. Last year I bought the imitation 4GB at RM160
