Baronzemo: haha other than the M3 shots, i have nth much to spam all these days le well, the monument is called Shrine of Remembrance... every year, they will come to this place during the ANZAC day... u can see directly at the building if ur standing in the middle of Swanston St... btw, so fast u oredi got the Gulf DBR9??? this model does cost a huge bomb if not wrong... superb haul there! well, u need brighter background to get a clearer shot on tat LE MANS winner though... for example, bring it outdoor!

@Ericmaxman: It's a normal F430, I'm planning on acquiring the spyder for my dad to congratulate him for getting the real one and the scud from BBR when it gets announced. But that would mean 7 days without food . Anyway, here are more pics, as requested. Enjoy

Just watched the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GZCjEnYglM&feature=related at you tube moment ago... I saw MC12 were dominating the race.... if I'm not mistaken it has the similar engine that deploy in Ferrari Enzo.... the speed is awesome! take note, how easy it catch the Ferrari F430... after all it's two different class GT1 Vs GT2...

For the Corvette fan, I guess it was unfortunate for 2009 24 spa.. the leading vettes suffered oil leakage... thereby forced to retire after running 22HR...

Aiyoo! that bloody post Malaysia service is sucks... still yet to receive my items... can't wait to post already... meanwhile let me post my only MC12....





In fact the reason why my items are delayed is due to... I'm very choosy when hunting for models... therefore few models are either sold-out or not yet available in the market... therefore not easy to find!

There are quite a number of White X6 OTR here in Malaysia edy...here are one with 20" HARTGE Wheels which i snap some times ago....

I think hokuan is right. The normal F430 tyres don't have the same tyre bunga as the Scuderia.

But having said that, I think ericmaxman made a very good observation about the tyres. Most high end tyres can only be used on one side and single rotation. On this instance, I believe they are on the wrong side. I've checked on my Super Elite Scuderia and the "arrows" pattern on the tyres are the other way around.

Yeah, I've always liked the MC12. Sometimes I find it more sexy than the Enzo brother. I believe the DBR9 also has somewhat similar livery as the one you posted for the MC12?




JtuneD: Great catch. I've not come across white ones on the road and never knew there was so many already. The number plate on the one at my office is NAD 1.


Meanwhile, I'll post these few images from my phone that I took last night. Will try and do proper ones and a short write up to compare the Super Elite Scuderia with normal Elite F430 and the BBR F430.



I noticed that the box came wrapped with a clear plastic sealing intact and unopened. You can see the shiny reflection on the box itself on te 2nd picture.







Some first impressions... When finally opened the box, there was one kind of smell. More like the smell of glue used. Overall, from what I can see, the quality is quite impressive with carbon fibre bits here and there. The car sits on a base made of a material (plastic??) that looks like leather but it's not. On the base there is a tag plate with the serial number. The car is a #^#@ to take out from the base. There were 5 screws mounted on the bottom to the base. After taking the car off the base, the car feels very light compared to say a BBR. So you can tell that quite a bit of plastics were used to construct this Super Elite instead of metal.

the thread rotational direction of the scuderia is a bit weird doesn't look "potong air" to me if directed like that... looks like goodyear eagle F1...

It's not the car model that matters.

Look at the tread direction on both cars.

And no, the Spyder is not mine.

hmm..maybe this car is better in reversing?...lol

hahaha... then it's a rare piece af diecast then... fastest reversing scud....
