Daytona is way too pricey and IMHO doesn't look that good.

yijzen, if you prefer Tag, how about Steve McQueen's Monaco, is a classic with chorno and date.

hahaha... that's the thing la.... it's damn pricey and the value of it... the weird thing is that stainless steel version has higher demand than the gold version... fetches high price even it's a 2ndhand watch..

i got a rolex submariner 2tone .. given by sum1 to me ..
im just using it time to time since i think its look abit old .. i think more than 10 years already ..

but i still doubt its original or not ... ive googled how to spot a fake rolex submariner and so far it passes all the test .. but one thing im confused is my watch has the steel bracelet, its not gold like most of the picture i see online .. but on the steel bracelet still got the number and rolex's thingy ..

any1 good in spotting a fake rolex ?

If in doubt just take it to your nearest Rolex dealer. They can open it and check the movement inside. Rolex watches are insanely simple. I told everyone at the office that my Sea-Dweller was a Grade AAA fake and they believed it!!!

For a youthful age, active lifestyle, nothing beats the Casio DW5600!! Even the F91W is OK. Costs about RM45 to 50 now though. I got one for a friend on sale at RM39! Good stuff.

do you guys think its better to keep this watch or just sell it ? since someone is interested if mine is original .. but need to bring to a watch dealer first ..

CP-MH just take it to Rolex KLCC and ask them to check if it's real. If you're gonna sell it also take into the account that servicing costs about RM3000 I think.

I'd still go for the Omega Speedmaster. Size is a fad. If you want to move up later I think there'd be buyers for a Speedmaster but little or none for a ML. Just my 2 Sen.

I think Rolex, Omega dealers can do it. Personally I use a cotton bud to give it a good wipe in the hard-to-reach places.
