i thought Ipod Touch is only for music and plan to get 1 for my gf as her xmas gift. but after reading this thread, now i want to get 1 for myself.

Would heavy usage of the Ipod Touch make the touch screen less sensitive in the long term?
 'cuz I've been typing a lot using the virtual keyboard and surfing the web. And due to that, I also charge it everyday! I hope I don't shorten the lifespan of the battery... |

Guys, are the screen still responsive after u put the screen shield? Cuz i tried an iPod touch at Switch Sogo and the screen wasnt responsive at all. It was protected by the screen shield.
