You can't buy any apps in US store using Msia credit card but you can get itunes gift card to buy apps at US store.

Most of the time you can get itunes gift card at cheaper price at ebay or garagesales here.

Where can i get that moshi pouch and what's the price ya?

Lol, why compare a netbook with ipot?
A netbook has a better capability for word processing with the keyboard there.

While the ipot is really good for entertaining purposes

You can get wav or apple lossless, these are the probably only ipod supported lossless format.
