Honestly who cares DSH/DLH or pure bred..... it's the freakin mentallity here & the gov't don't have laws in place to protect animals rights.
This kind of thing angers me to the brim, people like this need to be put in the same conditions as these poor animals & see how they like it!!!! Before adoption people should have a background check like they do back home.... or else who knows what can happen. I'm not saying the forumers here but but just anyone off the street. My 2 cent opinion.
By having a cats as pets it cost Ringgit Malaysia. It's not for fun, its responsibility. It is not the matter of adopting healthy, sick, dying, etc, cats. but it is the matter of willing to share your life, time and financial with them. No matter how good is your cat healthy, how sick is your your cat.. they still need 3 things, money for the vet, care and love. Owning a cat is a big responsibility. When you buy or given or adopt a cat there are a lot of things you need to do to look after it properly, since they are now your pets. You should ensure that it is healthy, well nourished, groomed, vaccinated, and properly exercised and trained. Of course you’ll also want to make sure your pet is happy and comfortable. A well cared for pet can be a great companion. However it is important that, as a cat owner, you have responsibilities towards other members of the community as well as towards your pet. That is what human (us) should do. Referring to the proverb: “Habis madu sepah dibuang”, in english means “Once the sweetness is gone, the leftover is discarded”. Slightly that is whats happening to the owner of that apartment, moving home, leaving all the cats alone. That is not LOVE. but HATE!. If you he/she is moving house, please atleast find adopters for the cats. So human and cat is a partnership. We need each other to make a better world. After all, god created us with brain and intelligent to take care and be responsible not only to the society but also to living creatures surrounding us everyday. Be responsible to yourself, be responsible to your surrounding, be responsible to your pets. Hi guys, how are you my friends? Sorry i'm not online nearly a month now.. When i read El wrote "habis madu sepah dibuang", suddenly i remember something about MADU/HONEY and i would like to share some fact with you guys..
As u all known, my bengal cat had digest problem before.. i'd spent a lot money bring her to vet, bought a vitamin, supliment etc.. But honestly, it such a waste.. She's not recover very well or any improvement. Last month, i visit my old friend at Gombak. He gave me an advised that i should try to give honey to my cats. It's because his son got 'sembelit'. Everyday he gave pure honey as a medicine and now,his son is fully recovered very well! So i been thinking why not i try, right? Then after a week i giving my cat feed honey, she's now recover and guess what? SHE'S PREGNANT NOW!! I'm so happy now! I'm so glad that she have well recover after a long time suffered digestic problem.. HONEY is THE BEST MEDICINE and SUPLIMENT not juz for human but also for ANIMAL!! Thanks god... |

hye, my cat haf flea allergy, and when she does, she tend to scratch herself till it bleeds and then she'll get skin infections and the skin get so bad n the doctor would haf to shave her fur. after the medication is applied and the wounds get better, she'll just scracth herself summore and the process will repeat!!! ahh sgt kesian for her, but sgt geram also coz she garu like crazyyyy! even if we cut her nails also she'll scratch until it bleeds! and when she bleeds its hard for us to put frontline and bath her as the skin gets bernanah.
so, is declawing an option? is it harmful? (just asking ok?) or should we haf her use a cone like thingy that they place around the neck? but will it be troublesome for the cat? or do u haf any other option? trimas in advance! |

hi mizeily,
Basically like this.... women who are pregnant it's not recommended for them to handle feces (cleaning litter pans) as this disease can be passed from feces to mother to unborn child. IF you must clean then wear gloves, wash your hands thourougly after cleaning the litter pan/s & handling the waste. Hope this helps answer your question. |
