I think its upgradeable 2. No need as the warranty as sager notebooks rarely have any prob 3. If RMA, you gotta send it to mucro KL repair shop, not sure how long its gonna take though 4. Well if you go around and compare the price between buying the OS from mucro or buying standalone OS, just go for the cheaper. Personally I will just buy OS from mucro... 5. Its optional since sager dont have any heat problem. I think Mucro is the one doing termal paste, not sager. Hope that helps! |
